Advance Payment, Cancellation & Refund Policy
1. An advance payment is required to confirm the date of any surgical or non-surgical procedure at The Hairsmith Clinic.
2. Advance payments are strictly non-refundable in cases of:
- Last-minute cancellation
- No-show on the scheduled procedure date
- Failure to attend without prior written intimation
3. Patients who wish to cancel their procedure and request a refund must inform the clinic at least 3 weeks (21 days) prior to the scheduled date.
4. Refund requests made after this period may not be considered, as the clinic reserves resources, medical staff, operation theatre time, and consumables in advance.
5. The Hairsmith Clinic reserves full rights to:
- Last-minute cancellation
- No-show on the scheduled procedure date
- Failure to attend without prior written intimation
6. All decisions taken by the clinic management regarding advance payments and refunds shall be final and binding.
By making an advance payment, the patient confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to the clinic’s advance payment, cancellation, and refund policy.
